If you are on the market for a used car, Jay's Auto is the place to go in Joppa, seriously. I bought my fist used care from Jay's Auto a 2007 Honda Accord over 7 years ago. Beside the normal repairs due to wear and tear, never had no problems. Unfortunately, my car was hit while parked and it was declared totaled. I went back to Jay's Auto and found the perfect 2010 Honda Accord. James/Jay, the owner is absolutely amazing. Please check him out, I promise you, you won't regret it.

Jay’s Auto is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and transparency. Jay and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and gave me honest recommendations without trying to upsell me. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and my car is running like new again. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days, but Jay’s Auto has definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch auto service!
